MnKz/ How-to: Putting Gameservers online; Cs2D Edition.

So, i made this vid exspecially for Boonstein, who had problems getting his server on Cs2D online.

I posted in to youtube, and its watchable by everyone and is that why made in english.

ok now i thel you how i need to host:
I added 36963 to firewall.
i added 36963 to my internet.
i downloaded bittoret .
i set bittoret port on 36963.
ok now i start a server then i start bittorret then i clocse CS2D then i start it agian AND THEN I CAN FINAALY HOST

You open the ports with bittorrent, that means you do something wrong when setting up the ports first.

To fix these problems, its important to know these:

What operating system you use? (for finland ppl, operating system = käyttöjärjestelmä. Esim Windows vista / xp.)
What antivirus you use? [I.E: Avast,Norton,Fsecure,AVP].
What is your connection speed? [http://www.speedtest.net/].
Who is your internet provider? [Mine is elisa].
What port/UPD you use in Cs2D? [You can find this by pressing new game].
Is your servers lan-setting on or off [Find the checkbox from the new game tab].

Also, sometimes it helps if you just change port to anything between 1-70 000.

What modem you got? Telewell?

Im going to solve this problem for u lol93, in your case... its not that hard i think o.O

Hmm... Boon, try to host VERY small map, it might be about your very slow upload speed...

It AWFULLY slow, i have never seen one so slow o.O
Try hostin 10 tile map and so.

i hope :Dnow u know how i can host and wat internet connection i have

I get soon more powerfull and fast computer but i need play with tsin noob PC while time so.. if i can host small server what is it then??

Ps. i have modem tw-EA510 ADSL modem router ;D

Pss. and lol93 and mnkz, tell me one small map what i an host -.- if that computer is so slow O.o...

well..if others cant see ur servers and you get a new computer it dont make and chance's in the internet

If you are getting new pc, i dont bother helping... it`ll work on new one.

yea I know the internet not change, but the internet will work better than now :S so the server what i host then will be online or I think it... ;D
